Have you ever heard of Mexican Pizza, if not than you are going to crazy about it. and I am sure its going to be your future favorite dish, so without wasting any time lets get to the Mexican Pizza Recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Fat oily thick dough
½ cup pesto
1 can black beans
1 small can mexi-corn
1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
2 roma tomatoes diced
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
salsa
lettuce
sour cream

Instructions:
Form the dough into the desired shape
and cook un-topped (no oil) at 415°F for 5-7 minutes. This will help
to stiffen the crust so that it can hold all of the toppings. Remove
the dough and start building your pizza monstrosity.
Apply the pesto as you would with
any other pizza sauce. Next add beans, corn, cooked chicken, tomatoes,
olives, and cheese.
Cheese is always added last, unless you want you
toppings to fall off on to you lap.
Cook 415°F for 8-10 minutes or
until the cheese starts to brown. Remove from the oven and let stand
2-4 minutes before topping with a liberal portion of sour cream, lettuce
and salsa.
