THAI EASY
RED PORK CURRY RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon prepared red curry paste
1 can @ 14 ounces coconut milk
1 pound julienne pork loin or other meat
1 pound julienne bamboo shoots
3 each lime leaves
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 to 5 sliced chilies/Thai chili powder
As need to thin water, stock, or brown sauce
Instructions
- Lightly sauté curry paste till fluid, add all the remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour or until tender
- Add sugar, fish sauce and lime juice to taste
- Serve with chilies and basil
