Guaca-Maca-Mole Recipe


3-4 avocados
2 roma tomatoes, diced
½ red onion, diced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
Juice from 1 lemon
1-2 tbsp maca
1 tsp kalahari salt
chili pepper powder, to taste
1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional) 


Scoop out avocado and mash in a bowl. Chop tomato and onion, then add to bowl. Chop cilantro (with or without stems) and add to bowl with garlic, kalahari salt, maca, lemon juice, and chili pepper powder. Stir gently, and if you’re feeling adventurous, sprinkle cacao nibs on top!
Serve with fresh vegetables, flax crackers, or your choice of chips!
