Beef Nehari Recipe - Pakistan Cooking Recipe - Indian Food

Beef Nihari is one of the famous dishes in South Asian Countries, it not just tasty but spicy as well, you will find people standing in ques outside Nehari restaurants, Its recipe is not so hard but it take long time to cook. Hope that you are going to like my this recipe and enjoy with your family and freinds.

Half kg beef
One Tbsp pepper
Half tsp turmeric powder
Four Tbsp oil
Three Tbsp flour
Half tsp coriander powder
One tsp ginger paste
Spice Mix:
Half Tsp whole black peppercorn
Half Tsp cumin seed
Two whole black cardamom pods
One cinnamon stick
Two tsp fennel seeds
One bay leaf
Quater Tsp nutmeg
2 Tsp coriander seeds
Two small cardamom pods, seeds of
Ten cloves

Time Span:
5 hours

Heat oil n a pot .Add meat and Fry it a little.Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and ginger paste.

Mix it well and add some watter.dilsole Floue in a half cup of watter and add this to the meat and boil it .

Grand all spices putt all spices in a cloth bundle and add to meat Or grind then till they become powder and then add them to meat .

Add 3-4 cups of water and cover the pot and leave it on low flame .It can tahe yupto 5-6 hours if youare using chicken and more

if you are using beaf.To Girnish Fry sonr onion slice in a little oil untill it become golden then add it to nehari.

Also girnish it with fresh ginger and green chillies .
